Franklinville, NY - Nellie Ann Hebert, age 75, of 8703 Route 16 passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at Olean General Hospital. She was born on November 15, 1941 in Olean to Raymond and Lanora Fanton Geer. Nellie Ann married Douglas Meeboer Sr. who predeceased her and later she married Russell Hebert who also predeceased her.
Nellie Ann was a long time resident of Franklinville who at one time was an EMT in Flint, Michigan. She enjoyed crafts and loved animals.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Ellen Porter of Tampa, Florida; a son, Douglas Meeboer Jr. of Franklinville; a granddaughter, Ashley Porter of Tampa, Florida; 3 brothers, Elwin (Elsie) Geer of Rexville, Ronald (Billie Jo) Geer of Sumterville, Florida, and Carl Geer of Sumterville, Florida; several nieces and nephews.
Nellie Ann was predeceased by her two husbands.
