Belmont, NY - Shauna M. Brent, age 28, of County Route 48 passed away at home after a short illness. She was born on March 13, 1988 in Olean to Paul and Marjorie Schoonover Brent Sr.
Shauna graduated from Olean High School and had worked for PWI in Wellsville. She enjoyed spending time at the Highland Day Services and enjoyed animals especially her mother’s dogs. She will be remembered as a very social person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her Father Paul of Smyrna, TN.; her mother Marjorie of Belmont; 3 brothers, Paul (Becca) Brent Jr. of Akron, Lewis (Tammy) Brent of Friendship, and John Outman of Friendship; a sister, Emma (Eric) McDowell of Wellsville; 3 nieces, 2 nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Shauna was predeceased by a sister, DeeDee Brent; paternal grandparents, Henry and Emma Brent; maternal grandparents, Lewis and Doris Schoonover.
Friends are invited to call on Friday, February 24, 2017, from 2-3 pm at the J.W. Embser Sons Funeral Home in Belmont. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm at the conclusion of the calling hour.
