Shad was raised in Wellsville and attended Wellsville High School. He was formerly employed by Baldwin Forest Products Inc., until he was rendered disabled. Working and providing for his family meant everything to Shad! He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sitting by the pool, splitting firewood, camping, bonfires, and family get-togethers. But mostly, he loved the peace and serenity that the beautiful outdoors brings, and the “Joy” he shared with those he cherished the most!
He is survived by his wife Carrie Baldwin, his mother Jackie Kemp, his father, Harvey Baldwin, maternal grandmother Onalee Hackett, three children Erik, Kendall, and Kyle Baldwin, a stepson, Kameron Baldwin, a grandson, Bellamy Bagley, maternal siblings, Tracey Hunt of Slidell, LA, Dusty Green of Whitesville, Ashlie Tronetti of Wellsville, Alexis (Jake) Way Warren, PA, and Casey Green of Jamestown, paternal siblings, Ticia McGean of Albany, Todd Baldwin of Farrell, PA, and Harley Baldwin of Wellsville, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by maternal grandfathers, Grant Kemp Sr., and Thomas Hackett, and paternal grandparents, Robert Baldwin Sr. and Jesse (Wondering) Baldwin
