  1. I was saddened to learn of Mike’s sudden passing. Although I’ve only known Mike for a short time as a neighbor, his caring nature, work ethic and generosity impressed me greatly. When my mother was stuck coming up the driveway, it was Mike who reached her first to help out. On snowy winter mornings Mike shoveled out a neighbor’s driveway and sidewalk. Sometimes I was early enough to help him before the job was done, and we visited some while working together. Mike seemed to always be working on a home improvement or repair for someone. My condolences to his family in this difficult time.
