Joanne C. Brandes - The friends and family of Joanne Brandes are invited to celebrate her life at a memorial service on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 10:00 am in the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 4229 Fassett Lane in Wellsville. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
