  1. I am very sorry to learn of the loss of Mrs. Insely. She raised some upstanding people both in and out of the Insley family; top notch family and people. May God be with her and her family always.

  2. Rita was a great lady. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandma, nurse and friend. I shall ever remember her when we played bridge She would be playing cards, rocking a baby, smoking a cigarette, drinking a beer and carrying on a conversation. She was very skilled. My sympathies go to the Insley family and the loss of their mom and grandma. She will ever be a part of my fondest memories of Wellsville. May she rest in peace.
