Wellsville, NY - Howard G. Cooper, 84, of 1939 Stannards Road passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014 shortly after arrival at Jones Memorial Hospital. He was born December 15, 1929 in Akron, Ohio, the son of the late Herbert and Ann (Reel) Cooper. On May 30, 1963 in Townville, PA he married Genevieve Anderson who survives.
Howard was a 1952 graduate of Ohio State University. He was president of the Herbert Cooper Company of Genesee, PA.

Mr. Cooper will be very much missed. I always enjoyed seeing he and his wife. I don't know how he did it but he always spoke to me by name and asked how I was doing. What a terrific man. He will be missed.-Melanie Ingalls
