  3. To Scott's beloved family, my deepest and sincerest, heartfelt condolences. Scott often spoke of you. He missed you in Alexandria, VA but his heart was always with you in Wellsville. He was the sweetest, dearest, most thoughtful friend I could have wished for. His soul suffers no more. He missed his mother, and now they are reunited, in Heaven. My prayers are with you all at this time. Scott Edward Horn shall never be forgotten, as he lives forever in our hearts and minds. Jonathan Large, Washington, DC.

  6. Scott was one of my favorite students. He always had a smile on his face. He was a joy to have in my classroom. I saw him a few years ago when he came to the school for the Veterans' Day program. I was so happy to see what a wonderful young man he had become. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
