Greenfield, Wisconsin - Mary T. Resue, 88, died November 22, 2009 in Greenfield, WI. with her family at her side. She was born and was raised in Trenton NJ. On February 14, 1942 in Trenton she marred Dale C. Resue who predeceased her on June 9,2007.
Mary was very active in the Order of the Eastern Star, she was a former member of the Jones Memorial Hospital Auxiliary in Wellsville, and after retirement she was “Miss Sunshine” in her senior community for many years in Florida. Mary graduated as an LPN from College and was employed as a nurse for many years before starting a family. She then worked as a Home Health Aide before retiring to Florida. Her last few years she resided in Wisconsin near her daughter’s family.
She is survived by a son Dale C. (Bonnie) Resue, Jr.of Broomall, Pa.; a daughter Tenly Resue (Brian) Griffin of New Berlin, Wi.; two grandchildren, Michaela and Blake Griffin, a sister Margaret Froelich of Canton, OH., a niece, Peggy Froelich and her husband, Steve Patellio of Jemez, NM and a Nephew, David (Donna) Froelich of Canton, OH.
Services will be on December 10th at the National Cremation Society Chapel in Hudson , Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leslie Newland Thomas Memorial Scholarship, %Wellsville Central Schools , 126 W.
